It is well known that the classical Ascoli-Arzelà theorem is powerful technique to give a necessary and sufficient condition for investigating the relative compactness of a family of abstract continuous functions, while it is limited to finite compact interval. In this paper, we shall generalize the Ascoli-Arzelà theorem on an infinite interval. As its application, we investigate an initial value problem for fractional evolution equations on infinite interval in the sense of Hilfer type, which is a generalization of both Riemann-Liuoville and Caputo fractional derivatives. Our methods are based on the Hausdorff theorem, classical/generalized Ascoli-Arzelà theorem, Schauder fixed point theorem, Wright function, and Kuratowski measure of noncompactness. We obtain the existence of mild solutions on an infinite interval when the semigroup is compact as well as noncompact.  相似文献

Nanofluids have a vital role in many industries due to their novelty of heat transfer. Various mathematical techniques are required to simulate such problems. It can seem that traditional partial differential equations are incapable of analyzing and investigating the physical behavior of flow parameters affected by memory effects. This research communicates the implementation of the most interesting analytical method namely Prabhakar fractional derivative regarding the thermal flow of Casson fluid with single and multiwall carbon-nanotubes due to an inclined plate. The water and blood are considered as base particles. slip and Newtonian heating impacts for the thermal flow are also considered. The fractional modal of leading PDE's is attained by Prabhakar fractional derivative with various limiting cases. The generalized solution for the thermal and velocity field is simulated via the Laplace transformation method. The thermal expressions are modeled via Fourier expressions. Graphs are used to illustrate the influence and behaviour of key physical and fractional characteristics. The finding is that the temperature and velocity profiles of SWCNTs are more prominent than those of MWCNTs. Changing the fractional parameter values results in a greater rise in the velocity gradient for blood-based nanofluid than for water-based nanofluid.  相似文献

提出了一种利用拓扑描述函数(TDF)作为拓扑设计变量求解连续体结构拓扑优化问题 的新方法. 优化问题的目标函数是结构的整体柔顺性,约束条件为对于可利用材料的体积限 制. 这种方法不仅可以消除拓扑优化中经常出现的棋盘格式等数值不稳定现象,而且能够有 效地抑制传统算法处理此类优化问题时所引发的边界扩散效应. 与其它的基于水平集描述函 数的拓扑优化方法相比,所提出的算法不仅无需求解控制水平集函数演化的双曲守恒方 程,而且合理地考虑了目标函数的拓扑导数信息,因而使得算法的计算效率有了显著的提高.  相似文献

本文对特征向量导数计算的Lanczos法进行了改进,指出Lanczos法对方程的缩阶效率取决于初始向量的选择,介绍了Lanczos方法的发展,提出采用频率移位法选择初始Lanczos向量。通过理论分析及计算机仿真说明移位Lanczos方法可以将较大的方程组缩为一阶方程,在计算精度与效率上大大优于任选向量Lanczos法和迭代Lanc-zos法  相似文献

Many physical processes appear to exhibit fractional order behavior thatmay vary with time or space. The continuum of order in the fractionalcalculus allows the order of the fractional operator to be considered asa variable. This paper develops the concept of variable and distributedorder fractional operators. Definitions based on the Riemann–Liouvilledefinition are introduced and the behavior of the new operators isstudied. Several time domain definitions that assign different argumentsto the order q in the Riemann–Liouville definition are introduced. Foreach of these definitions various characteristics are determined. Theseinclude: time invariance of the operator, operator initialization,physical realization, linearity, operational transforms, and memorycharacteristics of the defining kernels.A measure (m 2) for memory retentiveness of the order history isintroduced. A generalized linear argument for the order q allows theconcept of `tailored' variable order fractional operators whose m 2 memory may be chosen for a particular application. Memory retentiveness (m 2) andorder dynamic behavior are investigated and applications are shown.The concept of distributed order operators where the order of thetime based operator depends on an additional independent (spatial)variable is also forwarded. Several definitions and their Laplacetransforms are developed, analysis methods with these operators aredemonstrated, and examples shown. Finally operators of multivariable anddistributed order are defined and their various applications areoutlined.  相似文献

The fractional calculus approach in the constitutive relationship model of viscoelastic fluid is introduced. The flow near a wall suddenly set in motion is studied for a non-Newtonian viscoelastic fluid with the fractional Maxwell model. Exact solutions of velocity and stress are obtained by using the discrete inverse Laplace transform of the sequential fractional derivatives. It is found that the effect of the fractional orders in the constitutive relationship on the flow field is significant. The results show that for small times there are appreciable viscoelastic effects on the shear stress at the plate, for large times the viscoelastic effects become weak.
